Revisions are done by 1 chosen logo and not for all concepts. Unlimited revisions means you will get unlimited changes to the original concept (color changes, shape changes, font changes), not unlimited new logos. So you will get unlimited revisions to a concept, not unlimited new concepts.
Vector/Source files are the original files (.ai, eps & psd) . Without the vector files you are unable to make any additional changes/modifications to your logo, you won't be able to print it in high quality, you can't scale it. This is why workathon strongly recommend you to own it.
